Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the initial booking amount.
• To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of booking is mandatory.
• At least 20% of the total package cost must be received and cleared before the start date of the tour.
• Payments can be made through our authorized payment gateways, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations lead to administrative and operational costs. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our official support address.
• The cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days remaining before the tour start date.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the tour start date.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days after the approval of the cancellation request.

• Trip n Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
• Every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements of equal value or quality.
• In case of road closures or landslides (common in mountain regions), the extra cost of stay and transportation shall be borne by the traveler.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit for the chosen tour package.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed to us at the time of booking.
• We recommend carrying personal medication and consulting a doctor before visiting high-altitude destinations like Ladakh or Spiti.

• Trip n Tour acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, transporters, guides) and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings (luggage, cameras, gadgets) at all times during the journey.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
