Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
An exciting drive to Nubra Valley via the Khardung La Pass (5,359m). Reach Nubra and check into your camp. Visit the Hunder Sand Dunes and take an optional ride on the unique double-humped Bactrian camels.
Deskit Monastery & Nubra Local Sightseeing
Visit the Deskit Monastery, which houses a 106-foot tall Maitreya Buddha statue. Explore the local villages and enjoy a traditional Ladakhi lunch. Afternoon at leisure to soak in the valley's beauty.
Nubra Valley to Leh Journey Back
After breakfast, drive back to Leh via the same Khardung La pass. Arrive in Leh by afternoon and check into your hotel. Use the evening for last-minute shopping at the Leh main market.
Departure from Leh
Transfer to the airport for your return flight. Farewell to the cold desert.
